1. What Pattrend is
Pattrend is a market analysis and money-management tool. It reads live price data for a fixed list of forex pairs and metals, detects chart patterns and candle formations, measures momentum with a slow stochastic (14,3,3), and grades each setup so you can judge it before you risk money. It is a decision-support tool. It is not a broker, not a fund, not a signal-selling service, and not a financial adviser.
2. No advice, no guarantees
Nothing on Pattrend is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Detections describe historical price behaviour; they do not predict what the market will do next. We make no promise of profit, accuracy, win rate or any particular result. Every trading decision you make is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for its outcome.
3. Membership and access
A membership unlocks all instruments, full graded readings, key levels, the economic calendar and Telegram alerts for the period you paid for. New accounts receive a 30-day full-access trial. When a trial or paid period ends, the account falls back to free access: one instrument per day, plus the calculator, journal and discipline rules. Memberships do not auto-renew — you submit a new payment when you want to continue.
4. Payment
Payment is made in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network. You send the amount shown on the membership page and submit the transaction hash; access is switched on once the transaction is confirmed on-chain. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed by us. Send only from a wallet you control, and only to the address shown on the membership page inside the app.
5. Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. One account is for one person; sharing credentials, reselling access, or redistributing our analysis, alerts or data to non-members is not permitted and may end your access without a refund. Do not scrape, automate or overload the service.
6. Availability
Market data comes from third-party feeds. Feeds can be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable, and Telegram delivery depends on Telegram. We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime, delays or data errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pattrend and its owner are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
