What we store
Your email address and sign-in credentials (handled by our authentication provider — we never see your password). A display name if you set one. Your membership status and period. Payment submissions: the USDT transaction hash, amount and any note you add. Your trade journal entries, risk settings, strategies and discipline rules. Your alert preferences and, if you link it, your Telegram chat ID. Basic anonymous visit statistics such as page views, country and device type.
Why we store it
To give you an account, to decide what your membership unlocks, to confirm your payment, to save the journal and settings you enter, and to deliver the alerts you asked for. Visit statistics are used only to understand which pages people find useful.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share your journal, trades or email with advertisers. We do not have access to your broker, your wallet or your funds, and we never ask for them.
Who else is involved
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the app: a hosting and database provider for your account and data, a market-data provider for prices (they receive no personal information), and Telegram if you choose to link it for alerts. If you arrived from an advert, the advertising platform may record that visit through its own tools.
Advertising measurement
Pattrend uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure which adverts bring people to the site and how many visitors sign up or submit a payment. Meta receives the pages you viewed on Pattrend and these two actions, together with the cookie and device identifiers its pixel sets. It is used for measuring and improving our adverts only; we do not upload your email, journal or trades to any advertising platform. Where the law requires consent, we ask before the pixel loads and it stays off unless you accept. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and it takes effect immediately. You can also turn off ad personalisation in your Meta account settings.
Your control
You can edit or delete your journal entries, strategies and rules at any time inside the app, and unlink Telegram from the Alerts page with one click. If you want your account and all associated data deleted, ask through the Telegram bot or our published contact address and we will remove it. Data is kept only while your account exists, except records we must keep for payment history.
Security and children
Data is stored with row-level access rules so one account cannot read another's records. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Pattrend is not intended for anyone under 18.
